What does full automation mean in a mobile poultry housing system?
Every mobile housing system is operated fully automatically by its own state-of-the-art computer. It is constructed and fully fitted out to enable self-sufficient operation. Storage tanks in the vehicle supply feed and water to the animals. The housing system computer regulates the lighting and the automatic opening and closing of the outdoor access flaps and tilting floor nests, as well as the operation of the ventilation and feeding equipment in the housing system, based on time and/or temperature control. In addition, the manure and egg belts can be electrically operated.
Are the mobile poultry housing systems suitable for autonomous use?
How long does it take to build the mobile poultry housing system?
How will the mobile poultry housing system be delivered?
How is the mobile poultry housing system moved to another location?
How is the manure removed from the mobile poultry housing?
There are two electrically operated circulating manure belts. They are switched on by pressing a button and deposit the manure in a front loader bucket.
How long does the water supply last?
Where does the mobile poultry housing system get its energy supply?
The entire mobile poultry housing system, including all functions, runs on 24V. The energy required is supplied by batteries in the vehicle, which are charged via a 230V connection. Optionally, the batteries can also be charged via a photovoltaic system.
When and how do you clean the housing system
Each mobile poultry housing system should be cleaned after the flock has been removed. A high-pressure cleaner or similar equipment can be used for cleaning. The electrical drives and the housing system electronics must be protected against contact with water and a suitable cleaning agent must be used.
How often does a housing system have to be moved?
As a manufacturer, we recommend that our customers move the mobile poultry housing system every other week. This enables the available pasture to be used optimally and the excessive input of nutrients into the soil to be avoided. This contributes to higher levels of hygiene and animal health.
